Sustainable community development and as such shall:
- Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with host of communities and local authorities to achieve common company/ community objectives.
- Focus community development assistance on activities that have broad benefits for the inhabitants.
- Co-operate with government, clients and host communities to promote proper social conduct and maintain good public relations.
- Carry out work activities with negligible or zero impact in the host communities.
- Respect and adhere to the norms and traditions of communities in areas of field operation.
